Très tres déçue!! Accueil d'arriver tres bien, c'est la seule chose que nous avons appréciée !! on a tres mal dormies car tres bruyant et le lit pas confortable!! Le plus décevant encore, c'est le moment du petit déjeuner, car la dame qui recevait était hyper désagréable, en plus elle nous a fait des réflexions a voix tres hautes qui étaient vexantes a la limite de la grossophobie et de voleuses!! Elle n'arrêtait pas de nous regarder a chaque fois que l'on allait se resservir ou quand elle passait a côté de nous, on s'est senties tres mal a l'aise, ma fille qui avait a peine commencé son petit déjeuner, a du quitter la salle pour pleurer tellement que c'était intense!! Je pense qu'un petit déjeuner a 13,90€ par personne, on a le droit de manger a notre faim, sans etre surveillée sans arrêt, surtout que c'était a volonté, c'est quand même cher!!! Mais le pire c'est que ca ne lui suffisait pas de nous persecuter pendant le petit déjeuner, avant que l'on parte, elle est venue nous dire devant tout le monde encore une fois," je n'ai pas besoin de vous demander si vous voulez vous resservir au buffet, vous avez deja assez bien mangé !!! " Je ne suis pas une cliente raleuse, voleuse, méchante et qui me plaint facilement mais la, vraiment je suis tres tres déçues car j'ai payé tres cher les chambres car il y en avait 2 pour tres mal dormir et tres cher les petits déjeuners pour etre mal traitées!!! Leurs repas sont aussi tres chers!! Je ne suis pas prête d'y retourner !!
