Time for a relaxing time on the outskirts of the town at Harbor Island beach! Enjoy the beach from the balcony with a wonderful view of the beach and pool or walk about 300 feet to the beautiful ocean. Harbor Island is known for low and high tides with minimal waves. You will have access to the pool in the backyard, a larger community pool, kiddie pool, playground, volleyball court, tennis courts, basketball courts, fishing dock, pickle-ball court and a chipping green. Enjoy a trip to Hunting Island State Park (pass included). Your home away from home is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with an open floor plan facing the beach and pool. There are two bedrooms with 2 full baths. This property has the advantage of the master bedroom facing the ocean view. The living room includes a pull out sofa with plenty of seating. There are TVs in each room with high speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of pots and pans including a crockpot, large cooker for shrimp and crabs, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and more! You will need to bring coffee, spices, and such. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a full bath/shower. Additional perks including a chairs for the beach, fishing rod, boogie boards, kid sand toys, puzzles, novels, tennis rackets, a net, various board games, and more are available.
As you cross the Harbor River Bridge on the way to the condo, you can stop by Gay’s Seafood for fresh fish and shrimp. Restaurants nearby include the Shrimp Shack, Johnson’s Creek Tavern, Another Slice, Beedos, Seaside Bar & Grill.
The nearest grocery stores are in Beaufort, 14 miles from Harbor Island (you will pass through it on your way). Enjoy exploring the downtown historic and the Bay Street area shopping district on the waterfront park
The Harbor Island Owners association requires a car pass to enter the private gated island. The vehicle pass fees are per vehicle and determined by Harbor Island. Seasonal dates and rates subject to change. Add departure cleaning, 11% SC taxes, 3% booking fee and vehicle gate passes. Gate pass fees are per vehicle, and these fees will be added once you notify the owner how many car passes needed: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85, 8-30 nights $140; 31-364 nights $215. No pets allowed.
Community pools are open from April 1 through October 31.
