"First, I did not appreciate the nickel and diming. We had to pay extra, (in cash!!) for bed linens. There was absolutely NOTHING (no even dish soap). After 3 minutes, the owner, Mrs. Roberge asked me: “are you going to clean the house at the end? If not, it’s not a problem, I will just charge you for it”. But that’s not even the real issue. "First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night.
