Great staff at Plan B

"Quad room great for families. Staff lovely and helpful. Good location to get the lifts up to Bettex and Saint Gervais town, which is very pretty. Only things I would change, offer more or larger pillows and replenish breakfast items. We often ate at 9 and things were running out."

"It was very difficult as they wouldn’t speak English and also charged me for sheets and towels and after paying 45 euros was given three hand towels to dry with for a week.
