Ideal for holidays, we offers you "Chalet Granier" for your holiday.
Chalet of 140 m², on 2 levels, for 6 people with view on Aravis range, valley and Mont-Joly.

Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.

The chalet is composed of :

On the ground floor :

- Garage.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

At the 1st floor :

- A living room with fireplace, television and dining area, with access to balcony.
- An equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
- An independent toilet with sink.

At the 2nd floor :

- A bedroom with double bed and access to balcony.
- A bedroom with 2 single bed and access to balcony.
- A mezzanine with 2 single bed.
- A bathroom with bathtub and sink.

Additional equipments : garage, electric heating. EDF consumption in addition (on statement). Pets allowed.

Warning: winter equipment strongly recommended to access the chalet.

Additional services (optional, with additional cost, subject to reservation and subject to availability; for prices, contact us):

Fine stay, ideal for ski-holiday

A clean and pleasant stay. We stayed here during our ski holiday and had a great time. The town of Saint Gervais les Bains is very cozy and has many shops and restaurants. The approach route is steep on the last part, snow chains are required if it has snowed.

Logement tout confort avec de l'espace et vue sur la chaîne des Aravis et St Gervais

Logement idéal pour 6 personnes, à 1km du centre ville, avec garage pour y mettre deux petites voitures, tout confort, très agréable.

lieu très calme

route d'accès ne permettant pas toujours le croisement de deux voitures, ce qui entraîne quelque fois des manoeuvres pour laisser passer le véhicule venant en face . d'autre part le chemin d'accès au chalet rend obligatoire la marche arrière pour sortir de la propriété, ce qui n'est pas très pratique. pour ce qui est du chalet lui-même, pas de problème, chalet très propre. La capacité est bonne pour cinq personnes car le lit gigogne n'est pas pratique pour deux.
