Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Alexain, this typical house of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m² with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 400 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room of 30 m² with TV, a double sofa bed and a fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 and 2 with double bed (140×190)
- Room 3 with single bed
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 400 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Alexain, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
