The living area opens onto the garden, and there's also a lounge with a veranda that leads outside. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. It also has a small dining table and an exit leading to the veranda. This level also includes a shower and a toilet.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. One room features a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) with access to a balcony. Another room also has a French bed of the same size, while the third room has two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long) and an exit to the balcony. There's an additional shower and toilet on this floor.
