Pleasant house tastefully renovated a stone's throw from the cycle paths and the beach consisting of a living room with lounge/dining area, equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge/freezer, induction hob, filter coffee maker, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster), a bedroom with a double bed (160) giving access to the garden, a second cabin bedroom with two beds (2x90) bunk beds with access to the attic mezzanine, a bathroom with shower (push button system), WC, and washing machine, second attic mezzanine with steep staircase. Outside a wooden terrace with garden furniture and parasol, and an enclosed garden with garden furniture and electric plancha.

The advantages of this rental by the sea: Quiet and close to the beach and the forest, private terrace for beautiful summer evenings, cleaning included.

Keys can be collected and returned exclusively to the D’Oléron agency (Saint Pierre district).

Optional services to be paid on site and booked before your arrival:

Wunderschönes Haus, ruhig und nah am Strand
Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt und mehr Matratzen als gedacht. Man kann oben nur nicht gerade stehen aber man hat viel Platz. Man kann sowohl vorne unter einer riesigen Banane Pflanze als auch im Garten essen, super. Einziges Manko ist die Kaffeemaschine, wir hatten eine mitgenommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
