Excellent sejour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison très joliment décorée. Ma fille de 4ans a adorée la piscine, où elle a d'ailleurs appris à nager. La masion est proche de tout ce qui est très pratique. Chantal reste très disponible si besoin, ce fut un plaisir d'échanger avec elle.

très bon séjour
Un cadre très agréable, un accueil et un échange avec les propriétaires très bien. Nous avons eu très beau et la piscine était chouette. Bien placé. Très calme. petite amélioration : - piscine légèrement plus chaude serait apprécié, elle a chauffé pr nous dans le séjour mais les jours où il y avait du vent ou des nuages c'était plus compliqué d'y rentrer. - tondre la pelouse plus régulièrement : un entretien est prévu tous les 18 jours mais en effet la pelouse était haute. en tout cas je recommande vous y serez bien.

La maison et la propriété sont parfaitement entretenues et décorées. On a trouvé tous les accessoires nécessaires disponibles et de qualité. L'île d'Oléron permet de se déplacer aisément à vélo vers différents lieux d'activités, c'est le cas depuis cette maison.

Un accueil irréprochable par Charlene. Attentions particulières des propriétaires. Maison décorée avec goût, tout est pensé pour se sentir chez soi, juste les valises à emporter !! Panier d’accueil à l’arrivée Endroit calme et reposant, 5 min de la plage et des commerces. Piscine chauffée Bref tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances . Pour nous il ne manquait qu’un peu de soleil…. À refaire !!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus mit Kindern verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist ruhig gelegen, sodass man sich gut erholen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Der Pool im Haus ist sehr schön! Zusammengefasst- alles Prima. Sehr empfehlenswert

Un endroit idéal !
La maison de Chantal est idéalement située. Au calme. Près de la plage. La maison est très propre, cosy, fonctionnelle, et tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin y est. Les attentions de Chantal dans un paquet d’arrivée sont géniales… vous aviez oublié les tablettes pour le lave vaisselle, le papier toilette, le sopalin, les tablettes pour le lave linge…. Elle y a pensé pour vous 😅 La piscine chauffée est agréable et a fait la joie de mes enfants. On reviendra !…

Une magnifique parenthèse
Charmante villa à côté de l’océan, la localisation est parfaite. L’accueil par Charlène et la communication avec Chantal la propriétaire ont été très fluide et sympathique. Une véritable pépite qu’on n’a presque pas envie de partager ! L’équipement de la maison est complet, propre et récent. La petite piscine dans le jardin à fait la joie de nos filles avec la canicule. En résumé une très belle location de vacances.

Très content de notre séjour, la maison est parfaite pour passer des vacances au calme en famille. La piscine est agréable lors des belles journées. L’accès à la plage à pied est également très pratique. Je recommande fortement, surtout avec un enfant en bas âge.

Maison très bien située dans un endroit tranquille mais proche des villages et de la mer, décorée et meublée avec beaucoup de goût. L'accueil par Charlène est parfait. Les propriétaires mettent à la disposition des vacanciers une documentation très intéressante sur l'île et les activités et nous ont accueillis avec de très sympathiques attentions.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist hervorragend geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Familie. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Rande der weitläufigen Siedlungen. Parkplatz vor der Haustür, ein schöner Garten (umzäunt), als Highlight der Swimmingpool! Unsere Tochter hat den geliebt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt eigentlich alles, was man so braucht. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer das Haus auch privat nutzen. Es ist makellos sauber und aufgeräumt! Die Bilder im Inserat geben den tatsächlichen Zustand des Hauses sehr gut wieder. Auch die Betten sind für sensible Rücken sehr gut geeignet. Zum Strand vor Ort kann man sowohl zu Fuß gehen (ca. 10 min), man ist aber mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten auch an vielen anderen schönen Stränden. Das Fahrrad ist ohnehin das beste Fortbewegungsmittel vor Ort. In 5 min Entfernung gibt es Baguette und co. im Minisupermarkt am nahegelegenen Campingplatz. Größere Einkäufe erledigt man mit dem Auto in einer der größeren Ortschaften im Inneren der Insel. Der Strand ist schön, allerdings bei Ebbe in weiten Teilen steinig. Da gibt es (vor allem mit kleineren Kindern) nicht weit weg besser geeignete Strände. Einfach ausprobieren. Das WLAN funktioniert gut, ist allerdings relativ langsam. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin ist ganz hervorragend, Chantal ist unheimlich bemüht um ihre Gäste! Auch die Agentur vor Ort war sehr freundlich, check in hat gut funktioniert. Fazit: ein wunderbares Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Von uns eine Empfehlung!

Une maison trés propre, trés joliment décorée, un superbe jardin trés soigné avec terrasse et piscine. On entends la mer, toute proche. Tout le confort nécessaire dans la maison. Une île trés jolie avec diverses plages. Nous reviendrons. Une semaine, c'était trop court. Accueil flexible et contact avec la propriétaire trés sympatique. Parfait!

Maison super , très propre , avec cadeaux de bienvenue (encore merci) . Piscine agréable et chauffer. Accès a la mer a pied en 5 min idéal pour la baignade et la pêche a pied. Super vacance passée, on le refera avec plaisir lors d'une future revisite sur l'ile d'Oléron.
