Quiet house located in tourist area between Sables Vignier beach and Bonnes beach obtaining "Blue Flag" on one level on 1,700 m² with trees and enclosed 2 bedrooms, one with an independent toilet area (140 x 190 bedding) with veranda , separate wc, living room, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, shower room, dining room, lounge with 1 convertible sofa and wood stove, separate cellar. Cycle track at 30 meters to take advantage of "my Island", go to the beach of Bonnes, to the market every day in summer in Domino and what do I still know !!!!

Fantastic house in wonderful location
This is an amazing find. The house is lovely, clean and very well-equipped. Pascal could not be a more welcoming or helpful host. The house is less than a 10-minute walk from a stunning beach. All of the beaches on the island are great and were very quiet. There is a nice boulangerie down the road, and you are only 10 minutes' drive from two large supermarkets. There are lots of things to do on the island - we ended up spending most of our time there, only going to the mainland a couple of times. We would not hesitate to come back here.

A lovely spot with a lovely host
Pascal is a very attentive host who even put up with our dog going to visit. The only downside was that the gite felt slightly damp, particularly in the bedrooms. We didn’t complain to Pascal as we were only there for four nights.

Excellent location - just what we wanted
We had a fantastic time, Pascal the owner was so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was just what we wanted - lovely large garden for sunbathing and for the dog. Had all the facilities you need. Description was accurate and the location was excellent - a short walk to the beach. There was a shop 100m away selling fresh croissant, bread, milk etc. a restaurant also close by for good food Fantastic sunsets every night and great beach made this holiday even more special. We would love to go back next year. We would recommend this property.

automne à oléron chez Pascal
Malgré un temps maussade nous avons bien "rechargé les batteries" chez Pascal à Oléron. L'air marin nous change de l'auvergne, bonne idée de partir à cette saison à l'océan ! L'accueil est très chaleureux, l'hôte est à la fois discret et présent si on a besoin. Dans le logement nous avons eu tout le confort et notre chien a aussi apprécié le grand terrain. N'hésitez pas une seconde, vous ne regretterez pas ! bonnes vacances à vous chez Pascal !

Un hébergement idéal proche des belles plages de l'île d'Oléron
Après un accueil fort sympathique Nous avons découvert un hébergement très agréable et super bien équipé. La véranda est très appréciable. Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour. Pascal notre hôte est d'une bienveillance remarquable.

Fantastisch
We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit fijne, ruime en perfect schone huis. De tuin was groot en heerlijk voor onze hond Senni en voor ons met overal zitjes. Bij aankomst stond er een culinaire verassing in de koelkast. Pascal is werkelijk een super gastheer, we kregen volop informatie over de lokale winkels, markt en restaurants en uiteraard het strand dat slechts 10 minuten lopen was. Pascal is zeer attent en discreet maar altijd bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen. We hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen . Hele lieve groet Marjolein, Cees en Senni.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Der Urlaub in diesem Haus war für uns perfekt. Das Haus hatte einen umzäunten Garten, sodass sich unserer beiden Hunde auch sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Strand, der zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt war, war sehr schön. Besonders erwähnen müssen wir den sehr netten aber auch sehr diskreten Eigentümer. Zur Begrüßung hatte er uns Ost und Muscheln vorbereitet. Besonders schön war die Radtour mit ihm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Magnifique séjour
Exceptionnel accueil de Pascal qui est aux petits soins tout en étant très discret. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour sans toucher la voiture. Plages et marché accessibles à pied ou à vélo ( location sur place possible). La maison, ses terrasses sont très agréables : nous avons profité du calme pour nous détendre et teletravailler sans nous gêner ! Notre chat a aussi beaucoup apprécié le jardin!

Séjour très agréable
Charmante maison dans un jardin super bien entretenu, avec tout le nécessaire aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur du jardin. La literie est très confortable. Pascal qui loge dans la maison en face s'est avéré un hôte parfait. Super attentionné avec une belle surprise à l'arrivée, disponible mais discret. On a passé un super séjour et on recommande vraiment!

Nous n'avons passé que 4 nuits, mais il y a tout ce qui faut pour y passer plusieurs jours/semaines. Petite maison de plain-pied avec 2 chambres, plus un canapé lit très confortable, si nécessaire. Une véranda pour les matins brumeux, avant de passer sur l'une des deux terrasses pour profiter soit du soleil, soit de l'ombre. Belle salle de bain avec notamment grande douche. La maison est éloignée de la route. On entend que les oiseaux qui profitent du jardin. Un très grand espace de jardin arboré sur lequel des enfants pourront se dépenser sans risque. Tout près, plage, boulangerie, épicerie, etc. Le propriétaire, Pascal, est aux petits soins pour répondre à vos moindres besoins. Nous reviendrions sans aucune hésitation et le recommandons sans restriction.

Un séjour relaxant dans un magnifique chalet
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et tranquille chez Pascal - exactement ce que nous voulions. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et, en tant qu’hôte, Pascal a fait un effort supplémentaire. Le gîte était chaleureux et cocooning, le lit très confortable et la cuisine avait tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour cuisiner. La terrasse et le jardin étaient un super bonus ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les délices de l’île et avons pris un repas fantastique au Petit Coivre à St Pierre, que nous recommandons vivement.

Une idée du paradis sur IO
Pascal est un hôte de 1er choix, discret , disponible et très à l'écoute sans oublier ses bons conseils et son joli cadeau de bienvenue. Maison propre et fonctionnelle avec tout le confort nécessaire. Jardin spacieux et bien entretenu. Tous commerces à proximité à quelques minutes sur Chéray ou St Pierre. Et bien sûr tout le charme de cette belle IO ;-)

Plein soleil sur l'île...
Séjour parfait à tout point de vue. Maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le grand jardin autour... Calme garanti. Les plages et vélo pistes vite repérables. Pascal très accueillant, gentil avec beaucoup de tuyaux et d'informations intéressantes. Huîtres, langoustines et vin dans le frigidaire à l'accueil ! Grand merci ! Nous nous sommes bien reposés.... Très recommendable.

Vacances avec ma fille et Libellule
Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans cette location si apaisante , où tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. J'ai adoré mes balades matinales le long de la plage, qui m'ont bien ressourcée. Pascal est un hote comme il n'en existe pas ailleurs, merci de tout coeur !

Séjour "aux petits oignons"
Notre hôte Pascal a été très à l'écoute depuis la commande de la location sur le site jusqu'à notre départ. Laccueil a été royale : panier "fraicheur" très bien garni, presentation de l'ile et des bons plans de Pascal, y compris la recette pour cuire les couteaux :-) La location est vraiment confortable et agréable : tout y est et c'est très bien entretenu. On a pu egalement louer des vélos à un prix defiant toute concurrence. Par ailleurs la position est assez centrale donc bien placee pour visiter l'île Bref avec ce séjour aux petits oignons, je ne peux que recommander. Attention très bonne adresse ! Vous serez prevenus 😀

Die FeWo ist ruhig gelegen und auf einem sehr großen umzäunten Grundstück. Die Kinder konnten dort bedenkenlos spielen. Hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber Pasqual, der einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht - und das ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Begrüß wurden wir mit einem vollen Kühlschrank mit Spezialitäten der Region. Ein Abschiedsgeschenk hat er uns ebenfalls mitgegeben. In der FeWo war die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Es gab sogar richtig scharfe Messer. Zudem war alles (Teller, Gläser, Schüsseln, Besteck, etc.) in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Das WLan war schnell und funktionierte auch noch auf der Terrasse. Man konnte ganztägig die Sonne genießen, da die FeWo 2 Terrassen -eine hinter dem Haus und eine vor dem Haus - hat. Fußläufig ist ein Bäcker erreichbar und auch der im August täglich stattfindende Markt ist zu Fuß kein Problem. Ein toller Sandstrand mit Bewachung im August war ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Ruhiges Haus mit tollem Garten
Wir hatten 2 tolle Woche, der Garten ist sehr schoen und das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist ruhig und verschiedene Straende sind zu fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Pascal hat tolle Tips gegeben und ist sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Die Fahrräder waren auch sehr praktisch. Also rundum zu empfehlen.
