Quiet cottage not overlooked, in small hamlet perigord, comfort for 4 people
including:
   - a large room of 40m2 with kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven), dining room, lounge with TV
   - a room on the ground floor with bed 140 * 190 (free bed service, high chair
      and baby bath)
   - a room upstairs with 2 beds of 90 * 200
   - A shower room with shower.
   - storeroom with washing machine, ironing board,
   - a large terrace with views of the countryside where you can watch beautiful sunset. (garden furniture and barbecue)

     equidistant (12 Kms) from SARLAT (Dordogne valley), MONTIGNAC (Vézére valley), LES EYZIES (prehistory museum), near the Eyrignac gardens

     hiking and mountain bike trails from the cottage

     golf course, canoeing, speleology, tree climbing park for all ages
     heritage discovery; many parks and castles, prehistoric caves as well as all the small villages typical of the black Périgord.

We are 2 American cyclists traveling in France. This place was perfect in every way as a base for exploring the region by bicycle. The gite is charming, well equipped, and spacious. The hosts were welcoming and generous. They even fed us dinner as we had arrived after the local shop had closed. And they showed us wonderful routes on scenic low traffic roads. Impossible to imagine a better VRBO experience .

un vrai bonheur
Dans un endroit à la campagne très calme nous avons été reçu par une hôte très aimable et fort sympathique .Le logement est bien agréable avec une belle terrasse et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une bonne semaine. Notre fille a été malade pendant les vacances et nous n’avons donc pas pu vadrouiller comme prévu… heureusement que nous étions bien installés dans ce logement très agréable et fonctionnel! Tout le nécessaire pour un confortable séjour est disponible, avec également du matériel bébé et des jeux pour les enfants ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et n’hésiterons pas à revenir pour enfin visiter la Dordogne ;)

Gites sympa , qui colle a la description et aux photos. Calme. Hôtes gentils. Petite terrasse avec chaises longue et barbecue ( charbon fournis , un plus ). Dommage de trouver des toiles de poussières sur les lampes de chevet et des cadavres d'insectes. Le matelas de la chambre principale mérite d'être changé, je n'ai jamais aussi mal dormi: dur et a ressort (?) . Expérience positive

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce gîte à proximité de nombreux sites incontournables du Périgord. Le gîte est très bien équipé et nous avons pu profiter du paysage magnifique depuis la terrasse avec une très belle vue dégagée, de très beaux couchers de soleil. La propriétaire est accueillante, souriante et discrète. Nous avons profité également des délicieuses prunes du jardin gentiment offertes. Bref un très bon séjour.

Accueil sympathique et départ flexible appréciable. Gîte calme dans un hameau isolé L'espace extérieur est même mieux que sur l'annonce : la terrasse est dallée en partie, une pergola avec rideaux et des buissons qui ont bien grandi depuis les dernières photos.

Bon séjour
Bon séjour malgré une semaine de forte chaleur et les enfants ont du dormir dans le salon car la chambre mensardée était trop chaude pour dormir. Une clim dans la chambre du haut est dispo pour rafraîchir mais trop bruyante pour dormir avec. Logement propre et très bon acceuil de l'hôte.

Nous avons passé un peu moins de 10 jours dans le logement de Patrick et Martine avec notre petit garçon qui a fêté ses 2 ans durant le séjour. Le logement est vraiment très bien situé si vous recherchez du calme et de la tranquillité ! La vue est chouette et très reposante. Niveau équipement, le logement est parfait pour les vacances ! Nous avons très bien été accueilli ! Je vous recommande fortement d’aller y séjourner !
