"Great location and a very nice hotel"

"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request...

We hadn’t realised that the rooms didn’t have even basic en suites, and the shared toilets and showers (you have to pay for towels and toiletries or bring your own) were pretty grim. There was a horrible damp smell everywhere and the bedrooms were dark and hot. No air con and windows that only opened a crack and then let in the mosquitos. And the noise...
