"I want to mention that all the receptionists in this hotel treated their guests exceptionally well. From when we arrived until we checked out, they extended their hands to ensure everything went smoothly. I had issues with our tour agency a couple of times, and I spoke very little Spanish; they called and resolved my concern. I want to thank Alondra, Patricia, Jhomora and Alvaro. "Amazing staff, I came down with a infection and they were able to help with a doctor, not only that they genuinely helpped and would ask how my recovery was. I wasnt able to eat a lot, at breakfast I would just have a banana but there werent any so got something else. As eating without asking the member of staff brought me a banana as they had noticed I always took one. Small things like this make a big difference!"
