2 LUXURY VILLAS (Topaze and Rubis) INDEPENDENT AND REMOTE WITH EACH INFINITY POOL SEA AND BEACH VIEW . 200 meters from the beach of clear grapes.
Comfortable 2 Large rooms + armchair in L with 2 beds.
All rooms have a sea and beach view (bedrooms, living room, terraces).
Air-conditioned rooms, fully equipped kitchens, electric oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, flat screen TV, washing machine, dryer, outdoor barbecue, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, radio.......

These are 2 independent villas ( Rubis and Topaze) identical, with the same comfort and 15 meters apart from each other. Each has its own infinity pool also sea view.
If you are several you can rent the 2 villas if availability.
If several weeks rental discount rate possible.

If you are looking for a change of scenery then come and enjoy the quality of accommodation and the view and idleness.

Villa de rêve!
Une villa hyper confortable avec une magnifique vue et bien situé. Plusieurs commodités assurant confort et convivialité; piscine, gazebo, coin cuisine, etc. Nous avons adoré notre séjour!

Belle villa, terrasse donnant sur une vue exceptionnelle. Patio près de la piscine très agréable. Commerces à proximité. Points à améliorer: programmation de la climatisation dans les chambres mal adaptée la journée. Lave-vaisselle beaucoup trop petit et manque de vaisselle. Marche d'accès à la porte d'entrée très haute pour personne présentant un handicap.

Merveilleuse villa avec une superbe vue
L'accueil par Carmen était excellent, merci encore pour le Planteur et la corbeille de fruits à l'arrivée. Elle était toujours à notre écoute pour résoudre le moindre problème. La Villa est très propre, la vue est exceptionnelle. La terrasse et la piscine sont très agréables avec le soleil du matin au soir. Tous les équipements ménagers et la literie sont impeccables et le pièces sont vraiment d'une belle taille. En tout, la villa était vraiment idéale pour passer un séjour reposant en Guadeloupe.

Traumhafte Villa in toller Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Tolle Lage, hervorragender Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt und gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, phantastischer Ausblick, sehr ruhig und sauber. Würde die Villa sofort wieder buchen.

Magnifique Villa avec une Vue Époustouflante sur la Mer des Caraïbes
Un excellent accueil avec Carmen (merci pour le Ti Punch à notre arrivée avec la corbeille de fruits), qui fut notre principale intendante pour la gestion de la Villa, toujours à vos petits soins et à votre écoute pour résoudre le moindre problème. La Villa est très propre, la vue est exceptionnelle, la terrasse est super Sympa avec le soleil du matin au soir pour bronzer. Tous les équipements ménagers et la literie sont impeccables. Salon de belle taille. SdE dans chaque chambre, ce qui est très appréciable. Un beau jardin agréable à vivre et sécurisé avec son portail. Allez y les yeux fermés.

nous recommandons fortement la villa, tout confort, l'accueil irréprochable de carole dès notre arrivée, merci également aux propriétaires de leurs conseils et leurs souhaits qu'on se sentent bien. Très belle vue mer, superbe piscine, très au calme, très proche des plages. Nous y retournerons c'est sûr, on s'y sent tellement bien.
