Ideally located in the Marina district of Saint-François, this duplex offers a prime location for your stay in Guadeloupe with quick walking access to many bars and restaurants, the Casino, the various shops and amenities (bank, post office , pharmacy etc ...), AND ABOVE ALL, to two beautiful beaches located within 250 meters walk from the apartment!
In summary, the car is not required during your stay! But if you fancy an escape, again not need to go far: every day, from the marina, excursions to neighboring islands.
A desire for fresh local fruits and vegetables? Satisfy the daily if you wish by going to the market at 300 meters ...
And for lovers of golf, come walk the beautiful green 18-hole International Golf of St Francis also a few steps!

Tout était parfait. La situation, en plein cœur de St François, directement près de la mer et de tous commerces, le duplex en lui même est magnifique, aménagé avec énormément de goût, meubles de qualité et décoration superbe. La partie supérieure de l’appartement est vaste, très ventilée, avec un lit très confortable. La cuisine terrasse est très bien emménagée avec machine à laver, four, micro ondes et table conviviale. La salle de bain est très belle, avec des rangements et des multiples serviettes. Nombreux placards dans toutes les pièces. Mobilier exceptionnel, Mise à disposition de matelas, de sièges et de tapis de plage. L’appartement est extrêmement confortable.

Cet appartement est agréable à vivre. On y trouve tout y compris un lave linge. La cuisine loggia est bien aérée. La décoration créole est jolie. La chambre à l’étage est vaste avec une bonne literie et une climatisation. L’accueil est attentionné. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Superbe accueil de la maman de Sarah !!! Appartement agréable et confortable!!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette appartement où il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner !!! Un peu de bruit venant de la rue, mais c'est normal car la terrasse donne côté rue. Tout les commerces sont à proximité , la marina, la plage,le marché de la Retonde et le port pour aller chercher du poisson et des langoustes. Je vous conseille cette appartement et nous y reviendrons

Avons passe un agréable séjour,l' accueil par la maman de Sara est exceptionnel,c 'est la première fois que nou avons cet accueil l'appartement est assez grand très propre et bien équipé ce qui est très important car nous sommes restés un mois et à notre prochain séjour en Gouadeloupe nous y retournerons .Merci à Sara et à sa maman

Elégance tropicale du lieu et accueil chaleureux
Accueil plus que convivial... sincère, très humain, avec le ti-punch et les accras pour souder une relation de qualité, dépassant le cadre strict de propriétaire-locataire. Le lieu est décoré avec un goût sûr, caribéen, coloré et harmonieux : mobilier tropical, peintures haïtiennes et dominicaines, déco avec une thématique bleu turquoise et blanc. La cuisine sur la terrasse est équipée au maximum et très fonctionnelle.Idem salle de bain, idem chambre. La localisation est parfaite, 200m d'un marchand de fruits et légumes locaux aux prix très abordables, grand supermarché à 300 m, golf et marina à 300m, plus le parking privé pour la voiture. Bref vous l'avez compris, un endroit parfait pour se reposer, apprécier la douceur de vivre, avant de repartir pour parcourir la Guadeloupe. A conseiller à tous vos vrais amis qui souhaitent avoir un endroit de charme, cosy, avec les commodités nécessaires au quotidien. Big up à Patricia :)

Duplex pratique et accueil chaleureux
Bonjour, On a adoré notre séjour à Saint-François dans votre Duplex. Il est idealement situé proche de la Marina et à 15 minutes à pied de la plage des raisins clairs ce que nous trouvons vraiment pratique car même sans voiture vous pouvez passer une semaine tranquille et profitez un max. Merci encore pour l'accueil de Mr COUCHY qui a pris sur son temps et nous a proposé une visite dans la campagne de Grande-terre à Barthel.

Superbes vacances
Un grand merci à Sonia et à sa maman qui est charmante et d'une très grande gentillesse. Le duplex est meublé avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. La literie est très bonne, quant à l'emplacement : génial, tout peut être fait à pied, le port avec le marché aux poissons, le marché rond bien coloré, la plage... un régal. Un petit bémol sur le ménage d'ailleur je ne remercie pas le précédent occupant (sol pas lavé, le four, le micro onde et surtout la vaisselle pas propre). Je recommande fortement cet appartement.
