Very nice apartment of 74 m2 on the 1st and last floor of a small building in a new luxury residence (15 apartments in 3 separate buildings) located at the exit of the village, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Saint Florent, the mountains surrounding and Cap Corse. In the middle of vineyards and olive trees, 5 minutes by car from the city center, 15 minutes by foot by the sea.
Several beaches are accessible, the closest of which is 800 m away.
Very calm. Two large terraces of over 30 m2 each. 360 ° exposure. Air conditioner. Access by external staircase with lockable gate. Parking with barrier and code.

This apartment offers what we look for. It is safe and quiet and complete, we did not miss anything. Everything works and is in good condition. It is a decent place with brilliant views. Communication with the landlord was quick , respectful and trustworthy. If we ever return to the north of Corse we know whom to contact. Thank you.

Perfect!
The property is situated in a delightful prominent position giving superb views of mountains and coastline which you can take full advantage of from the large panoramic windows and terraces. The property is immaculately presented, very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is situated close to St. Florent and ideal for exploring other locations by car. The sunsets while we were there were spectacular every night and our only regret is that we had to leave, we will return, au revoir. Steve & Elaine

Tout était conforme à la présentation sur VRBO. Echange facile avec le propriétaire M.Thirard qui a été a l'écoute de nos besoins. Sehr schöne, super ausgestattete Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Nähe gibt es eine Bäckerei, die zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist. Daneben befindet sich ein Obst- und Gemüseladen. Vielen Dank an das Ehepaar Thirard für die tolle Unterkunft!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Saint Florent
Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Hügel am Ortsrand von Saint Florent. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Ca. 600m zum Strand und zum Bäcker. Der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

Très beau séjour !!!
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette location en tout point conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement est vraiment très agréable, tant à l'intérieur (très belle pièce à vivre) qu'à l'extérieur grâce à ses 2 terrasses offrant une vue magnifique sur le golfe de St Florent d'un côté et les montagnes de l'autre !! Rien à redire non plus concernant les équipements : tout y est, y compris la vaisselle et tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires (et plus encore). L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques centaines de mètres de la mer et du village... Attention cependant pour les amateurs de baignade, la plage en contrebas est une plage de galets... Rien de rédhibitoire, mais à savoir... Il faut faire un petit peu plus de marche pour atteindre la plage de sable. Ceci dit, l'appartement est réellement bien situé et constitue un magnifique camp de base pour visiter toute la haute Corse depuis le Cap Corse jusqu'à Calvi, ou juste pour la farniente sur la terrasse ou à la plage !! Les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été excellents du début à la fin. J'en profite aussi pour remercier Aurélia d'avoir été aussi conciliante pour l'accueil et le départ (souplesse des horaires, ...), ainsi que pour tous ses excellents conseils (les canistrellis sont vraiment bons ;-)). Bref, je recommande très chaleureusement cette location !!

Von der Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern über den Check-in, den traumhaft entspannten Luxus-Aufenthalt bis zur Abreise - alles einfach nur perfekt! Selten findet sich eine so persönlich und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung und dies in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung direkt im Weinberg. Man ist auch zu Fuss schnell in St. Florent und geniesst die Ruhe und vor allem den Ausblick. Besten Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und könnten uns in St. Florent keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen!!

Merveilleux séjour dans un appartement très très bien équipé et pourvu de 2 grandes terrasses. Dont une à l’ombre. Vue 360 sur le golfe de st Florent, le Cap, la montagne et les vignes. Calme olympien. Situation géographique au top, accès facile au village en voiture ou à pied par les vignes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par madame Ripert. Nous reviendrons et sommes impatients d’y être.
