"The apartment is spacious and convenient for a family visit. François is very hospitable, he lives on the first floor of the same building and available to help if needed. The apartment is located in the old historic town of Château-Richer. It is a short drive from Vieux Quebec, Montmorency Falls, and skiing resorts. We had great time balancing skiing and sightseeing."

"The location was excellent for our ski trip to Mont Ste Anne. The area around the motel is not too appealing, a few abandoned buildings plus the motel itself had tarp all on the front that doesn't look good (don't know the reason for it), but the river is right behind. It's very close to a few fast food/restaurants and gas station. Overall, I would go again because it was very clean, cozy and price was excellent."

The set up for our 5 families was perfect and the large kitchen was a huge bonus as was the multiple bathrooms.The property manager was very receptive to our request to address a couple of minor issues.
