Terrible property and dreadful location

The property is well photographed however the closer inspection does not meet expectations. The windows did not close leaving the property open to the elements and potential theft of belongings. There was no toilet paper and no hand towels (this was rectified next day after a complaint). There was no soap or toiletries provided. The linen was poor quality and I’m not convinced it was changed from previous occupants. The pillows were lumpy and awful. One coffee pod was supplied for a two person three night stay. The building is in a very unkempt area and was quite unpleasant. No shops, restaurants or anything nice close by. We couldn’t wait to leave. Would not recommend this property to anyone.
