The cottage occupies the front facade with private courtyard and independent access, the owners live on the back of the house (no vis-à-vis). Ground floor: Courtyard, carport. 1st floor: American kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven and microwave, 2 gas 2 vitro cooking plates, dishwasher). Large living room, lounge area with wood stove, TV, internet connection. Direct opening on terrace by French window. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room (Italian shower).
