"After difficulty finding and getting to the barge. (I’d recommend contacting owners - you often need a code for locked gates to get quai side - they don’t give you this information so you need to request it) we found the setting beautiful. Loved the decor in the Art Deco room of the Barge. The hosts provide everything needed, even putting milk, butter and orange juice in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. "It was fantastic! The location was great and it was spacious and well equipped. So clean!!! The grocery store and butcher shop are a 5 minute walk away. The setting is perfect as you are on the edge of town and surrounded by vineyards. Walk a few minutes and you have your choice of restaurants. Large outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Host is very responsive. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Caroline is diligent and responsive as a host. She arranged for a local chef to visit and cook a spectacular lunch for us and the owner Clement did the wine pairing for the dishes that were served. The property is close to zst Emillion as well as grocery stores which was vert convenient. "
