The Saint-Colomban-des-Villards area has shuttles all around the area to bring tourists to the slopes, a challenging Via Ferrata and is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy nature! This 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple or group of travellers.

Sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 guests. This apartment includes:

• Bedroom: Double bed. Bed linens are provided.
• Living Area: Sofa bed for extra guests. Bed linens are provided. Enjoy the TV.
• Kitchen: Coffee machine, electric hobs, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and a kettle

Please note that bed linen, towels and other essentials are included though a change is subject to a fee. Additional fees are detailed below.

• Bed linen change: €10/bed/change
• Bath linen change: €8/change/person
• Damage Deposit: €300 upon arrival
• Daily Tourist Tax: between €0.50 and €3, charged per person
• Breakfast at Residence restaurant: €10/day/person and €7/day/child under 10
• Optional Daily housekeeping: €20 - €30/ day
• Guests are requested to clean their units before their departure or an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) will be provided for €45
• Pet Fee: €10/day/animal and €45/week/animal
• Baby materials (bed, chair, tub) are available upon request and subject to availability
• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one apartment to the next
