Our Gîte in Sarthe is located 30 km from Le Mans, 25 km from Sablé sur Sarthe, 40 km from La Flèche Zoo, Between Loué and Brûlon (Small City of Character). Come and discover the footpaths and paths for mountain biking or cycling over more than 120 km. Enclosed garden for your children of 300 m² with terrace and boules court.
Gîte for 8 people: Fitted kitchen, 40 m² living room, 4 bedrooms with private shower room and toilet. 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds + baby equipment. Included: sheets, household linen and WIFI.
Heating, electricity, towels and cleaning fee, extra.
