"Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen lässt das Haus und die Einrichtung kaum Wünsche offen. Vielleicht wäre es ganz gut Grundzutaten wie Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer undEssig & Öl dort zu deponieren. Und im Bad und der Dusche fehlt es an Aufhänge- und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Aber es ist ein wenig nervig dass man selbst Chlor nachfüllen muss damit das Wasser sauber bleibt. "We have just spent half term with our grandchildren at Sylvain’s property. The property was very secure, completely enclosed. The pool cover was lockable to avoid any accidents. The pool was heated which was a bonus. There was plenty of outside space for relaxing and dining. Inside, the living area was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Le propriétaire sait se rendre disponible en cas de question, il est très réactif. Pour le ménage, c'était correct mais pas très affiné. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Soulac. Leider hatten wir sehr viel Regen (Anfang September), so dass wir die schöne Terrasse nur wenig nutzen konnten. Für 2 Erwachsene ist die Ferien'Wohnung in Bezug auf die Größe gut geeignet. Mit kleinem Baby wie bei uns wurde es insbesondere bei Regen, dann zeitweise doch sehr eng.. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage in Bezug auf die Nähe zum Meer und zum Zentrum von Soulac."

"We had such a wonderful week in this beautiful well equipped villa. It was everything we wished for and the sun shone for us all week ☀️ We had a very friendly welcome by Gaston who was so helpful and kind and Simon was always available on the phone to sort out any queries. "Check in was simple via a key press. The owner spoke a little English which helped. Had to purchase magic sponges to clean the pool to prevent yellow line build up! Local shop within walking distance had everyday things handy. Bit too far to walk to the beach through the woods which meant cycling or the car. Overall very nice place."
