Superb holiday rental with heated private pool and hot tub for 12 people located in Saint-Chamas in the heart of the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis (Bouches-du-Rhône department), near Salon-de-Provence, between the villages of Miramas-le-Vieux and Cornillon-Confoux.
Discover this exceptional property of almost two hectares, offering an exceptional panorama on the Etang de Berre and the Olive Grove, on the edge of the Pine Forest. Only 2 km from the town centre, enjoy the charming marina, the Saint-Chamas cove, the cliffs, and the Clock Bridge.
Explore the beaches of the Côte Bleue 50 km away, as well as many outdoor activities (horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, tennis). The MacArthurGlen Provence Village of Brands (7 km) also offers shopping. The nearby large cities: Salon-de-Provence (14 km), Aix-en-Provence (42 km), Marseille (50 km), Arles (49 km), Avignon (70 km).

EXTERIOR
This superb detached villa with a private and heated pool for 12 people in Saint-Chamas, has a pleasant garden of 1.8 hectares, part of which is fenced, surrounded by a hundred olive trees, extended by almost 2 hectares of wooded land and hiking trails in the Provence hills.
This villa enjoys a magnificent view of the surrounding forest and the Etang de Berre!

The garden is equipped with:
three lovely terraces:
The first, of 120 m2, faces the pool and gives access to the kitchen. It is shaded by a shade sail, decorated with a table and chairs that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The second, which is attached to the pavilion facing the pool, is equipped with a hot tub (activated on request with a supplement) and a PELLET barbecue (works with wood pellets provided to tenants and can be activated remotely).
The third terrace welcomes you upon your arrival and has a direct entrance to the largest of the living rooms. This terrace is beautifully lit in the evening
A heated infinity pool with a pretty fountain (15 m x 4 m - depth: 1.40 m + 2 submerged beaches) accessible by steps, with an alarm-type safety system, self-cleaning, in service from March 15 to November 2.
A parking area with 2 charging stations for electric cars.
A ramp for people with reduced mobility allows access to the house from the garden.

INTERIOR
This pleasant detached villa with a private and heated pool for 12 people in Saint-Chamas has an area of 450 m². It is accessible to wheelchair users.
This holiday rental consists of the main house with 10 rooms and a charming independent pavilion facing the pool.

PART 1: main house

GROUND FLOOR:
A vast authentic kitchen created for the Provençal chef Marius Bernard, opening onto the living room, equipped (5-burner gas hob, American fridge, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker and a toaster). Access to the garden and the pool is through a French window from the kitchen.
A first 100 m2 living room, air-conditioned with a sofa set and a dining area that can accommodate 12 people.
A second 45 m2 living room, air-conditioned isolated from the rest of the house by a French window which has on the ground floor: a set of sofas, a television, a fireplace (insert), a table football, and upstairs a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed 160 and a shower room (2 sinks and a shower cubicle with the possibility of activating the hydro-jet massage function). The bedroom has no door. The separation between the living room and the bedroom is made by a wooden staircase.

A bedroom with direct access to the garden, equipped with two 90 single beds that can be joined into a 180 double bed. The room is designed to accommodate a person with reduced mobility. It has a fan.
The shower room is adjacent to the bedroom, with 1 sink, 1 Italian shower equipped with a chair, a hair dryer. and 1 toilet (without grab bars).
