B&B in Saint Catherine

"By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. We had to wait almost an hour for the host to bring the correct keys. When we were finally able to get into the apartment, we were met with shock & confusion. The air conditioner pictured in the living room, did not exist. After further inspection, there were no garbage bags, no dish soap, the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work, there were ants everywhere, the toilet in the master bathroom leaked brown water, the bathroom smelled & the door is rotting on the inside. We used only the other toilet. On 11/8, we tried to enter the gate, the security guard informed us that they were not allowed to let us in. I was beyond confused, as our belongings were upstairs. Apparently, there was some kind of miscommunication over monthly payments between the building & the host. The host was unresponsive when we reached out to her and the situation continued until the day we checked out. We felt unsafe a majority of the trip having to argue with security for 4 days to get in and out of the gate, while having my daughter and elderly mother with me. I reached out Expedia and they did not offer any solution. This rental should not be allowed on their platform."

"Host rude wouldn't let me in haven't got a refund as yet was left stranded absolutely diabolical customer service please do not book he wont let you in put the phone down and wouldn't answer i was distraught "

"My fiancé and I really enjoyed my stay at Cute and Ez home. Mrs James was a wonderful host, she was on top of everything to make sure we were comfortable, the property is well kept and not to mention the complimentary breakfast during our stay was amazing! This was most definitely one of the most memorable vacation stays and I look forward to being back again. It’s like a tiny home away from home."

"It was ok but they informed me they was going to not charge me until the July 3 because of flight issues but they did not tell the truth they started charging me on July 2 so they were not truthful. When informed they did not even off one night free "

"I’ve been coming to JA for the last 20 years and this was my first time renting a house. I absolutely loved it. Robert was an awesome host , and the place was spotless when we arrived. It was close to everything…different beaches, shopping, food , even going to Kingston etc but so quiet and secluded at night. Hearing the birds chirp in the morning and watching the sunrise was reinvigorating. I would definitely recommend getting a vehicle. We were two friends, and my 9 year old son. Lots of space , and the A/C was excellent. Tons of children in the neighborhood playing and riding scooters, and going on family walks in the evening. I can’t say anything more positive about my experience. One Love."
