Le Celtic - Vue Mer - Proche golf

The Celtic, a charming 2-room apartment located in the seaside resort of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, will be the ideal pied-à-terre for your holidays, as a couple or with your family.
Located in a beautiful art-deco style historical building, with its large terrace overlooking the bay of Saint-Cast and the beach of Pen-Guen. The flat enjoys a truly unique location, at the foot of the beach and the Saint-Cast golf course.

Accommodation
Located on the 1st floor with lift, the flat of 50 m², tastefully decorated in a marine spirit, can accommodate up to 4 people. It is composed as follows:

- A pleasant living room with a large terrace (40 m², east facing) from which you can enjoy a magnificent 180° sea view. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed for 2 people. You can enjoy a Smart TV connected to Wifi.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, piston coffee maker and italian coffee maker...
- From the living room, in a row, you access the shower room with WC and then the bedroom equipped with 2 single beds. The terrace is also accessible from the bedroom.

Neighbourhood
Ideally located, in a very pleasant area, this beautiful flat offers you a view over the arrival of the hole of N°15 and the beach of Pen Guen.
You will be close to all the charming shops in the town centre of Saint-Cast, about 3km away (bakery, butcher's, mini-market), shops, restaurants, bars, market... Special mention for the tea room "La Belle Meunière", an institution!
Many outdoor activities are possible in the area: golf and sailing (at the foot of the building), horse riding, etc.

Transport
Parking at the residence: outside, without numbered spaces, about 70 spaces.
Would you like to leave your car in the car park during your stay? A bicycle room is available on the ground floor of the building (rental possible in the town) and a bus stop is located less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Bus: BreizhGo, the Costarmoricains' interurban transport network.
Train: the TGV serves the stations of Lamballe and St-Malo, located respectively at 32 km, and Saint Brieuc (49 km). Two international airports are located nearby, Dinard-Pleurtuit at 23km and Rennes at 90km.
By boat: maritime links are provided throughout the year, with a more intense network in the summer period.

Le Celtic "Fijne tijd is een fijn appartement! 🙂 Natuurlijk het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het ruime terras! Maar ook het appartement is sfeervol ingericht en prima voor twee personen. Wel aparte bedden . Alles is ruimschoots aanwezig en functioneert goed. Aardige beheerster die goed Engels spreekt en schrijft, maar vooral erg behulpzaam is. 🙁 De ijskast is aan vervanging toe en staat continu te draaien, dus onnodig lawaai!"

Le Celtic "Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour, surtout de la vue de cet appartement très lumineux, malgré quelques axes 🙂 L’appartement est bien décoré, agréable et confortable. Il est bien équipé. La vue de la grande terrasse est magnifique. 🙁 Quelques points négatifs à relever toutefois : - Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à nous garer (le parking est sous-dimensionné par rapport au nombre d’appartements) ; - Le ballon d’eau chaude est trop petit pour 3 personnes : le soir, deux personnes pouvaient prendre une douche chaude ; - Nous n’avons eu qu’un seul rouleau de papier toilette alors que nous avons réservé pour 7 jours à 3 personnes ; - La terrasse est face à la mer mais pas idéalement exposée (soleil jusqu’à 13h maximum) ; - L’appartement pourrait être mieux agencé : la salle de bain et la cuisine sont très petites."

Le Celtic "Des améliorations à apporter pour un séjour au top. 🙂 La luminosité et la décoration de l’appartement, son emplacement et sa magnifique terrasse avec une vue incroyable. 🙁 Pas de micro onde ni cafetière électrique ( pourtant les basiques d’une location!). L’insonorisation est totalement catastrophique ( on entend tout de l’appartement situé au-dessus). Il manque une tablette dans la douche pour pouvoir poser son gel douche. Un rideau ou un store aux deux petites fenêtres sans volets serait un plus. Les 65 euros OBLIGATOIRES pour le ménage de fin de séjour ( pour un séjour de seulement 5 nuits ) sont exorbitants vu qu’il faut nettoyer intégralement la cuisine, vider les poubelles et retirer le linge du lit. Les vitres étaient sales, dommage avec une aussi belle vue."

Le Celtic "L'appartement est très bien situé, face à la mer avec une grande terrasse. le temps pendant notre semaine était magnifique, cela a contribué. L'appartement est assez fonctionnel pour 2 personnes. de personne, ce serait difficile. Conseils et bémol : la propreté surtout le sol et des cheveux trouvés dans les tiroirs. Sur les photos de l'annonce il y a 2 lits simples. Nous pensions qu'il y aurait des draps pour 2 lits simples hors 1 lit était déplié pour faire 1 lit double avec les draps mais pour l'autre lit, pas de drap. De plus ce lit déplié n'est pas du tout pratique si on veut se lever la nuit et prend une grande partie de la chambre. Le pommeau de la douche fuit. Comme le chauffe-eau est petit, changer le pommeau gagnerai en eau chaude. Le panier d'accueil : vous annoncez un panier d'accueil qui finalement n'est pas celui que vous décrivez : pas de bouteille de cidre et les savons ne sont pas artisanaux mais viennent d'Espagne. Voisine du dessus bruyante, la nuit."

Le Celtic Dieses Apartment hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Strand. In dem Apartment haben wir nichts vermisst, um eine entspannte Zeit dort zu verbringen. Riesiger Balkon auf dem man verweilen konnte. Es ist eine super Ausgangslage für Einkäufe, Ausflüge oder einfach ein Spaziergang durch den wunderschönen Strand in der Nähe. Einziges, was man hier kritisieren kann, ist die Sauberkeit, die wir vorgefunden haben. Auf dem ersten Blick sah alles super aus, aber wenn man genauer nachgeschaut hat, stellte man einige Problemzone. Das ist aber meckern auf dem höhen Niveau. Unsere Kontakt Person Frau Celine ist eine nette und hilfsbereite Person und verdient hier ein besonderer Dank von uns. Wir wurden das Apartment immer wieder mieten.

Le Celtic "Logement agréable, bien situé, mais propreté laissant à désirer. 🙂 Emplacement au calme, vaste parking, grande terrasse avec vue directe sur la mer. 🙁 Au lendemain de mon arrivée, j'ai envoyé un message à la responsable de l'agence sur place, avec un certain nombre de questions au sujet de l'équipement (pas de tapis de bain, radiateur électrique en panne, télévision non utilisable en raison d'un problème d'antenne, pas d'accès internet). Je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse de sa part, et je n'ai pas été recontacté durant toute la semaine ........ Je trouve quand même cette désinvolture peu appréciable dans le cadre d'une location à plus de 600 euros la semaine. Par ailleurs, cuvette des WC encrassé, et lavabo bouché (j'ai dû utiliser une ventouse)."
