It was closer than we realised to the city, great for exploring coast and country. Lovely hosts, clean and functional, all amenities were there.. lovely house.

Bretagne hat überzeugt
Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen in der Nähe der Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften (20-30 min. zu Fuß) und in der Nähe der Nationalstraße, die uns schnell an viele schöne Orte gebracht hat.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Bretagne / Agréable séjour en Bretagne
Tolles Haus mit Garten mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung und zentraler Lage, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Küste zu besuchen. Der Vermieter hat viele Ausflugsempfehlungen und uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Superbe maison avec jardin, dotée d´un équipement fonctionnel et d´une situation centrale permettant de visiter de nombreuses curiosités de la cote. Monsieur Sola nous a donné de nombreuses recommandations d´excursions et nous a accueillis trés chaleureusement.

Sehr netter Empfang, alles Notwendige vorhanden, eine Woche erholsame Ruhe, interessante Fahrten mit Mietauto unternommen, verkehrstechnisch mit TGV-Haltestelle und funktionierenden Buslinienverkehr gut angeschlossen.- Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Un sejour très sympa dans une maison agréable à 20min a pieds du centre de st brieuc et a 3 min de la nationale. M. et Mme Sola sont très sympathiques, de bons conseils et attentifs à ce que leurs hôtes passent un bon séjour.

Agréable et très bien situé
Maison située au calme mais proche de l'agréable centre de St Brieuc. A maximum 1h de tous les points à visiter. Propriétaire accueillant disponible et très agreable. Cuisine bien équipée, et pièces spacieuses. Deux points negatifs:on se rend compte d'un nettoyage approximatif une fois qu'on vit dans la maison (pas de forfait menage). Plutôt ennuyant vu la situation sanitaire. Et les fourmis qui surgissent en nombre si une mie de pain traîne sur le plan de travail

Une maison fonctionnelle et bien située
Nous sommes partis à 5 pour profiter de la Bretagne. Très bon séjour. La maison est bien située pour accéder aux lieux touristiques. La maison est belle et fonctionnelle. Petite chose non pratique : il n'y avait pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle, pas d'huile, de poivre, aluminium, filtre a café ... A ne pas oublier lors de votre séjour.

Nous avons choisi cette maison car elle était très agréable, en plus celle ci dispose d'un jardin fleuri. Il y a tous l'équipement nécessaire à la location à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. L'emplacement de la maison est discret, calme et proche de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour la famille. Vous êtes à 10 minutes de marche du centre ville, 1h de la plupart des sites touristiques important de la région, le choix des plages toutes proches ( 10 min en voiture) est également plaisant. Si vous disposez de vélos, vous serez ravi également de vos balades. Les propriétaires sont très avenants, aucun souci pour nous pour y retourner!!!!

Schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus
Unsere Zeit im Ferienhaus war sehr angenehm und die Beschreibungen des Hauses / Grundstückes entsprachen den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die ganze "Abwicklung" war unkompliziert. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus verbracht und es war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten (auch in das Landesinnere). Das Stadtzentrum kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Der Garten und die Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich sind sehr angenehm. PS: Allerdings werden in der Beschreibung auf der FeWo-Homepage z.T. Angaben gemacht, die nicht dem Sachverhalt entsprechen. Diese sollten u.E. korrigiert werden. Kategorie "Ortstyp" Hier sollte nur stehen: "in der Stadt" Wellness / Erholung Hier steht: "Gemeinschaftspool", den es auf dem Grundstück nicht gibt. Ob hier eigentlich das nahe gelegene Schwimmbad gemeint und die Übersetzung ins Deutsche mißglückt ist?

Schönes Haus, nette Vermieter
Wir haben eine Woche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat (außer einer Spülmaschine) alles was man braucht. Sehr schöne Holzböden, viel platz, 2 Kühlschränke, gutes Internet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Neben gemütlichen Gartenmöbeln bräuchte es noch den Hinweis, dass alle Decken 220x240 cm groß sind und man entsprechende Bettwäsche braucht. Den angegeben Pool gibt es auch nicht, aber das macht nichts, da es sehr schöne Strände direkt um die Ecke oder etwas weiter weg gibt (vor allem die in Erquy sind sehr lohnenswert).

Exactement ce que nous cherchions
la propriété de Christian et Isabelle est bien entretenue de grande chambre/cuisine tout équiper (TV/WIFI) au calme et a quelque minute du centre de ST Brieuc avec un accès rapide a la rocade pratique pour la visite de lieu comme les port de Paimpol, Binic, Légué/ les ile de Bréhat, les sept ile et que dire du cap Fréhel, fort Latte magnifique , la gastronomie local pas mal aussi . De superbe vacance je tiens aussi a remercier pour leur accueil Christian et Isabelle de leur gentillesse et petite attention à notre arriver. Merci a vous
