Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Zu Fuß ist es nur 10min in die Innenstadt Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Séjour 5 jours à St Brieuc
Très bon accueil de la part de Dominique YVON. L'appartement situé à proximité du centre-ville (15mn à pied) convient tout à fait pour un séjour de quelques jours. Nous avons apprécié le boxe pour garer la voiture et l'ascenseur pour monter les bagages.

Appartement petit mais bien agencé. Rien ne manque. C'est une résidence calme mais on entend le passage des véhicules de la rue. Garage en sous-sol très pratique avec accès direct à l'appartement mais taille standard donc un peu juste pour une grosse voiture. Propriétaire très gentille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est bien situé et dans un endroit très calme. l'appartement est très bien pour deux personnes, il y as tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine. La propriétaire est très serviable et très gentille, elle nous a situé de très bon resto et expliqué les marchés dans Saint-Brieuc et au alentours. Un tout grand merci. Je conseille cette appartement pour deux personnes. A+

Super appart , au calme, près du centre ville.
Nous avons été séduits par cet appartement décoré avec soin, nous assurant tout le confort (très bien équipé).De plus,très bonne situation pour la découverte des côtes d' Armor !magnifique !), du centre de Saint Brieuc et de la jolie plage des Rosaires. Propriétaires très sympatiques, disponibles et soucieux du bien-être des locataires. ! ( centre hospitalier avec centre de dialyse proche du logement, un plus dans mon cas) Je conseille vivement ce logement ,super appartement !
