"4 días antes de salir, recibo un mensaje del dueño, al que todavía no hemos visto, diciendo que le ha fallado el servicio de limpieza y que si podíamos limpiarla nosotros por 95 € (dinero que me ha costado varios correos y 2 semanas recibir). Lo cierto es que cuando llegamos, la casa estaba deficientemente limpiada, por lo que nos quedó la sensación de que es una práctica habitual. Casa poco preparada para el verano, mucho calor y ni siquiera un ventilador. Instalaciones obsoletas y espacios...

Un Merci tout particulier à Christina qui a été aux petits soins avec nous, faisant preuve d’une grande réactivité et d’une gentillesse et d’une amabilité exceptionnelle. "Cette maison de montagne était charmante et spacieuse…. un rêve ! C'était propre, bien équipé et le propriétaire était gentil et a répondu rapidement. Nous avons acheté des repas, du pâté et de la confiture à Roselyn et Thiery. C'était une option très pratique et les repas étaient délicieux, à base de viande de chasse de Thiery et d'ingrédients frais et locaux. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci."

The residence is dated slightly and so could benefit from a bit of a refresh, and the staff were a little "cold" in terms of service but professional and helpful enough; although the reception hours were limited."
