"We had a wonderful week at Stella and Bob's property. The house was well equipped and set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Our children loved the table tennis, badminton net, football goal and swings & slide! Our hosts were very helpful and friendly and we hope to return in the future."

Extremely clean, modern and fully stocked with everything we needed i really loved the little extras like the yummy cakes & drinks on arrival. "We were completely happy with this gorgeous cottage in a very sleepy and not too far removed village. Honfluer is only 10 mins drive away - perfect really. Considering the price, this is a five star rating for us. The place is clean and spacious. Beds are comfy! Shower is amazing! Wifi very strong. The host was very friendly and relaxed. Plenty of chopped wood for fire and bbq. Like I say - the ideal stay! We will come back some day! Especially for Pipa the sweet goat. : )"

"I would agree with other reviews but to offer a different perspective, we chose this rental for two reasons, location & access for one of us using a wheelchair. Our experience of trying to book rentals has shown that people advertising rentals are generally scared of confirming accessibility because it is so personal and subjective. Generally, what is needed is photos of thresholds/steps/WCs etc for people to make their own mind up. We "

"The location is on the edge of a quiet village and with only subtle sounds of frogs from the pond and whinnies from the horse it was bliss. This was our 2nd stay and would love to come back again. Transport is required to access local shops but the ride out is so lovely it isnt a worry. We stayed for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and found it a good base to stay for the events.
