Discover Saint-Béat-Lez from our lovely apartment, with large balcony overlooking large gardens, the beautiful Pyrénées mountains and the Garonne river. Private parking and rustic stone barbecue. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the village of Saint Beat-Lez - famous for its marble sculptures - 7 minutes from Spain, 10 minutes from Le Mourtis ski resort, and 25 minutes from the train station, which takes you to the pretty city ​​of Toulouse. The region is known for activities such as skiing, cycling and hiking.

This spacious apartment with amazing views is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. There is a comfortable sitting room which opens to a balcony with beautiful mountain views. A kitchen with its own small balcony has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a freezer.
The apartment is the perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

If you love the outdoors, spend warm summer evenings making dinner on our rustic stone barbecue, relaxing on the outdoor seating in the gardens overlooking the river.

If you prefer to eat in, don't worry, the breathtaking views continue upstairs from the large balcony, and there is even a small balcony leading from the kitchen overlooking the stunning mountain ranges behind the property. Here you can make a dinner of local produce in the large kitchen, to enjoy at the large dining table with your guests. Relax in the comfortable sitting room, then rest weary heads in one of the two comfortable bedrooms (one double and one twin - also a sofa bed in the sitting room), ready for the next day's adventures skiing, walking or simply visiting beautiful France and Spain with your favourite people.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with French doors onto the balcony.
The second bedroom contains twin beds.

The first bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and a sink.
The second bathroom has a toilet but no sink.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Guests are welcome to use all of the garden and lawns (apart from the reception area) as well as the garden furniture and large stone barbecue. There is also private parking on the property for the use of guests. The gardens are shared but our neighbours are all very friendly!
