Comfortable house "la favrais", surrounded by meadows and fields. In the resort, 5 km from the centre, in a quiet position, 38 km from the sea, 38 km from the beach. Private: garden 15'000 m2 lawn, meadow, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 5 km, bakery 5 km, sandy beach "Carolles" 38 km. Riding stable 15 km. Nearby attractions: Fougéres 30 km, Saint-malo, Dinard 65 km, Granville 40 km, Mont saint michel 20 km, Parc attraction 19 km, Avranches 15 km. Hiking paths: Circuit randonnée berges du Beuvron 15 km.

"la favrais", 5-room house 200 m2. Very beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room. Lounge with TV and flat screen. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (dolce gusto)). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: lounge. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Large terrace 55 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
