"If you are planning on visiting St Kitts & want a quiet location with wonderful views, stay here! From the start, the communication was wonderful - from the directions, to the pages of information covering restaurant suggestions to beach suggestions to so many other things, we were so well informed before even arriving. The on-site property manager called us when they had a tropical storm roll through so we had up-to-date warnings. Also, the official “make the guests welcome” cat made our stay...

"Great location with view of the Carribean. The dip pool on property is fantastic and the community pool that is just next door is even better. We were able to hang out most afternoons at the community pool by ourselves and the view from the community pool is even better! Will stay again!"

"The property was falsely advertised. There were other perrsons living in the home and the place was not prepared to recieved my husband and i. We were given no instructions or information by the ower and felt out of place and uncomfortable."

"The house/property is gorgeous inside and out. The pool is flawless. The insides is immaculate. So much space. Everything is new and clean. Huge kitchen and eating area. Spacious balcony for lounging, music, stargazing, or even sleeping. The island wind is sublime, and prevalent at this property at night. Your drive in and out of the property will be lined with wonderfully cute monkeys. Near so many great restaurants. What else could you ask for?"

"We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. However, we were disappointed as although the villa was very nice it felt claustrophobic having no where to sit outdoors and surrounded by tall plants and in the middle of the estate. "Great location and spectacular views. Nice yard. The house is spacious and must have been fantastic when it was new. Regretfully, it needs some improvements. Water leaked into dining room when it rained, dishwasher and oven didn’t work, kitchenware old and worn, several cracks in masonry, furniture old, master bedroom AC inadequate (we had to sleep in another bedroom). There’s more, but you get the idea. Also, you have to use about 2 km of rough dirt road to get to it, and when it rains hard...

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay in early November. The villa is beautiful and so are the grounds. There were great views of St. Kitts from the pool and of Mt. Nevis from the back of the property. Derek the property manager arranged the cab and water taxi from St. Kitts for us which was very helpful. He met us at the Nevis pier on our arrival and took us to the villa. "Quite comfortable with solid amenities and a touch of sophisticated modernity. Certainly an ideal for a mix of business and pleasure. Second time staying and still very appreciative of the neatness and generosity of space, as well as the availability and adeptness of the management. Would not have minded spending more time indoors but couldn't because of work. Next time will definitely lean into just relaxing indoors more."

"While the accommodations did not ruin our wonderful vacation in St. Kitts there were many disappointing factors. The description of the house online was completely different than the house we rented, and the kitchen had zero amenities. Imagine finding out 3 weeks prior to our trip that this was a shared property and the first night rental was double booked. I am still waiting for a credit for that one night. As a renter I did not realize it was my responsibility to be diligent to monitor...

Paradise realized

"OMG where do I start. This is the most amazing, secluded property in paradise. My daughter treated me for my 60th birthday. Everything about this this stay was over the top. The property owner Richard stayed in contact up until arrival. The property manager Mr.Franklin was a godsend. He arranged a chef for my daughter and I and the food was outstanding. He arranged for our trip to Nevis and made sure we were looked after. We even got a tour of the marketplace. We felt like family. This place was outstanding and literally on the water. I would go back in a heartbeat. The villa was clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy. I can't thank you all enough for an amazing stay. The decor was amazing and definitely had a women's touch to it. I also arranged for a local mobile massage therapist that gave me a heavenly massage on the balcony to sound of the crashing waves. I will be back. Thank you Thank you. Hugs and kisses all around. Do not hesitate to book this rare gem!! Respectfully, Andrea"

"Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again. When it was time to check out at noon, they told me I could stay in the lobby since the ferry didn’t depart until 5pm. I was so appreciative of their kindness. I will definitely stay there again "
