"The property was falsely advertised. There were other perrsons living in the home and the place was not prepared to recieved my husband and i. We were given no instructions or information by the ower and felt out of place and uncomfortable."

"We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. However, we were disappointed as although the villa was very nice it felt claustrophobic having no where to sit outdoors and surrounded by tall plants and in the middle of the estate. "My partner and I and 3 of our 4 kids (ages 22, 20 and 16) spent a week in Nevis and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cades Bay. "Quite comfortable with solid amenities and a touch of sophisticated modernity. Certainly an ideal for a mix of business and pleasure. Second time staying and still very appreciative of the neatness and generosity of space, as well as the availability and adeptness of the management. Would not have minded spending more time indoors but couldn't because of work. Next time will definitely lean into just relaxing indoors more."

"Great location and spectacular views. Nice yard. The house is spacious and must have been fantastic when it was new. Regretfully, it needs some improvements. Water leaked into dining room when it rained, dishwasher and oven didn’t work, kitchenware old and worn, several cracks in masonry, furniture old, master bedroom AC inadequate (we had to sleep in another bedroom).
