"Warm welcome from Estelle with helpful guidance for local points of interest and restaurants. Shower was very good with hot water operating without any wait time. Breakfast was all of good quality, home made approach with apples pick from her tree each morning, and cooked eggs from her free range hens were offered. Very nice secure countryside house."

"WOW! This is an amazing new place in St-Estephe and it is wonderful. Careful attention to every detail. Beautifully designed. Comfortable rooms with a/c. Awesome table d'hote. "A beautiful place and just right for our overnight stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful and his English is very good. The room is very comfortable and the dual aspect windows overlook some lovely countryside. Breakfast was delightful-all laid out in a breakfast room with homemade jams etc to go with the french bread and croissants. We didn’t get chance to even see the pool as the weather was cool but we hope to visit again and try it out!"

"Our cottage was located about 30 minutes north of Bordeaux in a very quiet community. The owners lived right on the property and if we needed anything we’re just a knock on the door away. The unit itself reminded us of our lake cottage with cozy but somewhat outdated furniture. But that suited us just fine. Our main purpose was to have a home base to visit wine chateaus and it was perfect for that. "
