Owners of horses parked on site, Françoise and Pascal open the doors to you of a charming country house of character from the beginning of the 20th century with elegant towers giving it a unique charm - family house carefully revisited as a gentle holiday resort - nestled in peace in the middle of the Clunisoise countryside, in the heart of a small rural hamlet perched on the southern hillside, well exposed, a stone's throw from the heart of the peaceful typical village of Saint-André-le-Désert (having the particularity of sheltering an unusual reproduction of the Grotto of Lourdes). Total tranquility nestled in the hollow of a magnificent hilly country setting, on the immediate edge of bocage & pastures under the wooded ridges of a vast wild forest massif (to be explored during relaxing walks or mountain bike rides). Setting & site 100% soothing, literal haven of peace & rest. Spacious comfortable cottage. Warm & exotic atmosphere of an old residence, a bit "vintage", partly revamped in a "chic country" spirit, combined with a beautiful heritage restoration (beams with French ceilings, imposing stone fireplace mantel, wooden framework... . of origin). Pleasant enclosed lawned, vegetated and flowery garden with a large exposed terrace & an "outdoor" relaxation area (sofas & armchairs). Very nice unobstructed view of the gentle surrounding countryside. Composition: Detached house neighboring the owners' house (total independence). Oil fired central heating. Duplex gîte (1st and 2nd floors) with access by outside staircase. 1st floor: kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (double bed 140x190cm / 2 single beds 90x190cm), shower room (shower), separate toilet. 2nd floor: bedroom (double bed 140x190cm + 1 single bed 90x190cm).
