Owners are next door and are super friendly and are ready to help if needed. We took our bikes so a short ride (also walkable) down to Laprade for the cool pizza restuarant/bar or a little further to Aubterre which has a beach by the river and the stunning village has plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants...

The owners Tim and Sarah could not have done more to make us feel welcome. They were always available to offer advice as to where to visit, and added much humour to our stay with many interesting and funny tales of their time in France. Comfortable beds with duvet and extra pillows; three spacious bath or shower rooms (mind your head on the low beams upstairs between bed and bath) and there is plenty of storage/hanging space for clothes Extra blankets thoughtfully provided for colder nights and a cooling fan for the warmer ones.
