We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-André-d'Embrun, this charming flat within a chalet of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an open plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 80 m² and a terrace. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a radiator.
- A shower room with shower, clothes line, storage unit.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A terrace of about 10 m² with roof and furniture as well as a garden of about 80 m², enclosed and separate, exposed to the sun in the afternoon to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue (charcoal not provided), high chair, baby bed.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-André-d'Embrun, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops within a few kilometres.

- All activities around the lake of Serre Ponçon at 9 kms: nautical base, water level, beach, sailing, windsurfing, water games...

- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport located at about 2h30 by car.

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an extra charge of €15/stay. It is forbidden to leave them alone in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement on the spot).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made on site).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability.
