This house is located between Périgueux, a town classified as a 'City of Art and History', 30 km away, Bergerac in the heart of the vineyards, 28 km away, and Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage, 55 km away. A walking path passes right in front of the gîte to allow you to take beautiful walks with family or friends. Dordogne Valley (Castles, villages...) and Vézère Valley (Prehistoric sites, International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac at 50 km, Les Eyzies de Tayac at 35 km...).
From the covered terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the open garden of 4000m2 and an enclosed courtyard of 200m2. At your disposal, you will have garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a children's swing (swings and slide).
