"Au 1er abord c'est une résidence vieillissante mais agréable. Bien située proche Vallon-Pont -d'Arc. 2 piscines sympathiques et personnel aimable. Mais grosse alerte sur l'hygiène des locatifs, entretien et nettoyage des résidences catastrophiques. (achat d'un kit nettoyage complet puis deux heures de ménage et de vaisselle avant de pouvoir défaire les valises.... juste scandaleux !). "

"Overall nice stay with good and clean facilities, nice terrace with beautiful view, good swimming pools but crowded. Thanks Francine to tried all the best for smooth check in. Communication should be improved through WhatsApp, and Check in process was not easy need detail instruction with exact location especially how to contact Francine not just contact number in case people doesn’t have network. WiFi service should be improved with detail instruction."

"A l'arrivée, la maison sentait le renfermé et l'humidité, une partie de la vaisselle pas lavée, on a du mettre toute la vaisselle à laver avant de pouvoir s'en servir, la chambre à l'étage est insalubre, infiltration d'eau, l'extérieur de l’armoire en bois était vert de moisissures, le drap-housse n'a pas été lavé, il était plein de tache,on n'a pas pu y dormir, avec ma femme on a du dormir dans les lit superposés, odeur insupportable et dangereuse pour la santé, draps sale trouvé sous un lit,...

"House was terrible to find. Map the host sent us was unreadable. If we had typed in 'caravan lagorce' in our GPS we shoupdn't have had any problem. But that was our only bad remark: everything else was great."

"Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette grande maison de Famille ! Tous nos repas partagés sur une très grande terrasse avec vue sur le château ! On se sent privilégié, bref du bonheur. La maison est spacieuse, nous étions 9 et franchement très à l'aise. La proximité de la rivière est également un plus. pour son accueil. "
