"Lage: In einer kleinen Stadt an der Donau gelegen. Relativ ruhig, es führt zwar zwischen Unterkunft und Fluß eine Straße vorbei, wer damit eine Problem hat Zimmer nach hinten buchen. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Fähre über die Donau, spart man Zeit, Treibstoff und es ist lustig, klein aber oho! "Mooi hotel in een mooie omgeving. Kamer was ruim met de kleinste TV ooit in een hotel opgehangen. Badkamer met ligbad en een bidet. Diner was prima, smaakvol en niet te duur. Parkeren voor de deur. Inchecken is wel een trap op, daarna is er een lift. Kan dus lastig zijn als je slecht ter been bent. Ontbijt was goed. Wel weer een trap af. Vriendelijk personeel, de meesten spraken goed Engels."

"Fantastic hotel set in an 800 year old castle. Stunning building, rooms beautifully furnished with all amenities, delightful castle grounds, magnificent setting for the restaurant with quality food. Breakfast excellent too. Difficulty with room keys on arrival and had to return to reception for replacements. "My wife and I specifically chose this hotel because we wanted peacefulness which we sort of got. The staff was very courteous and helpful, but not in all areas. I reported that the reading light and receptacle beside the bed did not function, ( was not repaired after three nights) nor did the refrigerator work, nor did the Mercedes Benz passenger van meant to provide local transportation, (we walked to/and from the train station) advertised in their online QR CODE description. "This review would be different if the weather would have been hot. There is no air conditioning but only a fan. Otherwise it is a nice unique hotel with interesting decor. The receptionist was nice but there is some room for improvement of English skills. The location of the hotel is great with nice views of the main street. While there is traffic noise during the day, it gets quiet at night. "

"Our favorite stay on our 11 day Budapest, Slovakia and krakow vacation! Property helped us to find milk for our babies when all stores were closed. The room had gorgeous views as did the property. There was cute little playground and space to kick a soccer ball for our boys. We wished we could stay longer!! "

"Surprisingly modern, nice underground parking lot, lovely lobby, great staff. I had a clean and useful room with a nice balcony, but it was quite small, the TV was relatively small, and the mattress wasn't great, so the sleep quality should be improved."

"My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia."
