Staff was soooo kind and helpful! Rooms were a little small but clean and comfortable! Great water pressure! Delicious breakfast buffet! Super close to shopping, dining and coffee houses! Plenty of taxis/ Ubers around for traveling! Highly recommend and will sure to book again!

Location is great. However the rooms are way smaller than advertised. Photos are very misleading.
We were first given a dark dinghy room on the1st floor. The room size was smaller than 20sq m, with no balcony. We had booked a 30 sq m room with balcony and sea view. Plus it was freezing cold. It took them some time to get it warm AC was fiddly.
On complainjng we got a much better room the next day with balcony and views on the 5th floor. Still tiny, but much more pleasant.
Pillows were hard, toileteries poor quality. Breakfast was Ok
Staff is friendly and pleasant

Great experience at Carina Gold. The area is safe and close to the tramway station, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are excellent, the rooms are very clean, and the smell is exceptional. We will definitely come back again when in Sultanahmet.
