"Quiet little bungalow set in nice grounds with lovely views. Interior was dated, bedding and towels were substandard but it was reasonably clean. We were lucky enough to have brought towels but had to buy a quilt and cover. However overall we had an enjoyable stay. The area was pretty and only about a 20 minute walk to El Porter and Moraira which are beautiful. "

"A lady called Anna met us at the property. Very rude. We had asked owner to check in early due to flight but message hadn’t been passed on to her. She kept stomping past us as we sat outside waiting for her to put bedding in etc. When we asked if she could speak English to us she shouted NO. So that was our welcome. Only one set of bedding for each bed. Good job we only used 2 beds. No sun at all in house , very cold as it was September to mid November so heating had to go on even though warm...

"The property is beautifully laid out, with access to separate bedrooms if needed out of the main building around the pool area (for grandparents, or teenagers, for late night swims. maybe). Spacious sitting and dining areas, lovely kitchen and separate utility room, 3 bathrooms, lots of towels and spotlessly clean on arrival. Great location for visiting Xabia, Denia, Moraira, Calpe and beyond. Property manager (Gus) was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a fantastic week at the villa. We didn’t have a car, but it was really well positioned near to 2 supermarkets and with plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The bus into Denia was quick and easy. The house itself was excellent. Really well resourced and perfect for us. We loved that the top bedroom was so separate and it meant that we had our own patio and space. My only comment is that while this was perfect now my children are in their 20s, if I’d have come when they...
