Property was fun. Disappointed the waterpark was not open yet.. Most of the staff was great except for the staff within the game room.. The manager and staff were beyond rude. Very crowded so we tryed to be understanding, but when we became frustrated, they begin laughing at us.. Rude and unprofessional… I was disappointed. Everything else was wonderful.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Not only are there so many of them available when you have a question but they made us feel like family! The hotel is SO large and spread out even with it being sold out between Christmas and New Years, there was still so much to do and space to hang out. The rooms are dated but clean. We didn’t realize that they were building a new water park so the only downside to our stay was that we had to listen to a generator running for 3 days and then constant beeping and construction noise very early in the morning, and then all day. We did ask the front desk to move us but there was nothing away from the noise. Great place for families! You don’t even need to leave the hotel it’s constant fun!!
