"First time in Font Romeu and this was a lovely place to relax. Ideally placed in the centre of the town it was easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Not everything was open due to it being between the seasons and with Covid 19 on top of that. "

"Le Clos Cerdan is a great place to stay because everything is right there. The rooms are very freshly redone and spacious with artful lighting. They have a bar and restaurant so no need to drive anywhere, and the view is spectacular. We had a rainy few days so the steam room and sauna were a treat when it was too cold to walk outside. There's also plenty of parking. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets!"

"The hotel is located in a quiet but beautiful town - not full of international tourists, so you feel that you get a taste of the real Catalonia. Perfect location in summer, as the air is fresh at night. Also including here and the nearby town Caldes, plenty of wonderful tapas restaurants to try. "Lovely hotel but air conditioning does not work so was like trying to sleep in a sauna. For some reason it only blows and does not cool, and is also very noisy. A real shame as otherwise would have been 5/5. "

"If you don't mind walking 15 min a bit uphill, not steep, from the train station (past a small market) this is a great option. Missed my train to Monserrat and stayed here. It was a gem really. Clean, coffee maker in room, excellent shower, comfortable bed. Another 12 min to rack railway. Arrived after 7pm, hotel restaurant was closed but owner had reached out on Whatsapp with code for entry (phone number on door). Thank you!!!! Great option for price. Would stay again. "
