Enjoy this adorable 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, dog-friendly modern home with very large fenced in yard. This house is 1 mile from Sagamore Beach, Scusset Beach State Reservation, and the Cape Cod Canal and is fully equipped for you to enjoy a great stay in a peaceful area, including central air!

There's a great back deck area with furniture that steps down to a very large fully enclosed fenced in back yard. You will have everything you need to bring your dog along: 1 large crate is provided and assembled, waste bags and outdoor disposal bin provided, water and food bowls provided. Please reach out to us if you have any further questions about our dog-friendly policy.

The kitchen has modern appliances, dishwasher and all the equipment/utensils needed to enjoy your stay. There's a breakfast table that separates the kitchen from the living area, which has a large L-shaped couch and full screen smart TV. The bedrooms are very comfortable and both have queen-size beds and the bathroom has a traditional tub/shower combo. You're welcome to take advantage of the washer/dryer in the basement as well.

Great place to stay
This home was perfect for our family of 4 with pet. The house was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The backyard was huge and great for our dog with a nice deck to sit outside.

Tons of yard play!
We had a fantastic weekend here with our two dogs. The yard was the selling point for us and we had a blast. Inside was super comfy, too, including the layout, light, cross breeze through open windows, and giant couch. The neighborhood was also lovely and convenient for a relatively low-key weekend around Bourne/Plymouth/on the beach. Would definitely return.

I just spent a week at this house. Wow! What a great place to stay. So quiet and nice to spend time with family. Only a couple minutes from a park and beach. Also close to grocery stores and places to eat.

The house was very clean and accommodating, Everything was provided (dishwasher soap etc) which was lovely, and the kitchen was well stocked pantry wise as well as with non Teflon pans which is very refreshing. My only complaint/suggestion would be a more substantial window treatment in the front bedroom, as the sun rises directly into that window, the shade blocked out no light. Overall loved our stay and plan to be back. Thank you!

Perfect Long Weekend at the Cape
We had an amazing stay this weekend! The location is incredibly convenient to routes 6 and 6A, so we had plenty of opportunities to explore other areas and beaches. We spent a good amount of time at the house in the evenings though because it was so cozy and dog friendly. Our pups LOVED the big backyard, and we appreciated little extra touches like finding a treat puzzle in the cabinet and additional basics (extra bowls, leashes, treats). It was really nice to only have to transport one crate since the house came with one already set up. This really was the perfect set up for our little family. We would love to stay again next summer!

Little Family Getaway
This was the perfect little house for our first official family vacation. We were happy with the reasonable nightly rate. The entire house seems as though it was recently renovated with updated kitchen, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Clean, bright full bathroom and 2 bedrooms right next door to each other, 1 for my husband and I, and one for our 2 year old son. We had just the right amount living space in the open living room and eat in kitchen for our toddler to run around. We also enjoyed the large outdoor deck during the evening. The location provided quick, easy access to the highway and we were able to explore many areas of Cape Cod. Local grocery store only 5 minutes down the road. The reason I rated this property 4 out of 5 stars for cleanliness is because it is listed as a dog friendly home (which we were fully aware of and fine with even though we don’t have a dog). There was quite a bit of dog hair left behind from the previous renters. I also rated 4 out of 5 stars overall because there was a slight mix up with trash day and check out. Overall, the property manager Jim was easy to contact and maintained communication during our stay. Even though we had a misunderstanding upon checkout, he quickly helped resolve our issue. We would recommend staying at this location for a small family.

Stay near Sagamore Beach
This was a cute little place for a weekend away. Although only 800 square feet, the place felt bigger to me and it was a great use of the space. The highlight of the place was the fenced in yard for the dogs. We do not have a fenced yard at home and the dogs loved this. I appreciated the small touches such as soaps, lotions, and little snacks. Although the location is close to Sagamore Beach, we were not aware that we could not park there and that a sticker was required. It was 0.8 miles away from the house, which was unfortunately too far for me to walk due to health issues. I appreciated being able to adjust the thermostat for our comfort, but it took several hours for the home to cool down after we arrived due to the rule that AC be turned off after each renter leaves. Lastly, this is a rental where you cannot arrive early at all. We arrived about 45 minutes early and the cleaner was there still. We drove around for a bit and circled back. She was pulling out at 2:57pm with check in at 3pm. Make sure you bring your own extra blankets. There was one blanket in a closet but it smelled terrible of a dirty dog and we could not use it. I enjoyed the location of this rental, but overall think it was a bit pricey for what it was for the two nights. Cleaning fee was also a bit high for a small space, especially since blanket was not clean.

Sweet little lodging
This fully modern little house was perfect for myself, my husband and my sister. We had extended family staying on Phillips Road so we had our own space to sleep and eat but could spend the days with them on the beach! Bonus we could have our dog with us for a few days as well. Clean and modern!!

Absolutely lovely
What a great house... clean updated, great space and flow. Very very comfortable and a 5 minute walk to the ocean! The canal is a short drive or bike ride down the street for wonderful walking and views. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hoping to make this an annual stop when we're visiting from Florida.
