"Very nice and kind staff. The property was fancy but missing details like the bathroom light was too dark and flushing problems. The other part of the property was still under construction. That made me feel like something was undone. It would be much better if they finished the rest of the construction."

"I picked this hotel because it right next to the Busan Train Station and we had come in on the KTX. The lobby is on the 3rd floor, which took us a few minutes to figure out, but no real inconvenience. The only downside to this hotel was the shower/tub. There is no shower curtain, which is not uncommon in Korea, but I would expect one in the larger hotels. This lead to a LOT of water to be splashed around the bathroom. I do not like walking into a bathroom with standing water on the floor."
