"I felt really welcomed in this hotel. The ladies at the front desk were really friendly and kind. I brought my motorcycle and they let me park it in a covered area that belonged to the hotel. Overall I’m really happy, the location is really close to the main port, there’s a drug store at a walking distance to buy late snacks and water etc. The beds were not too comfortable but I didn’t care as the attention overcame the issue. Highly recommend "

"Lotel is located at the hilltop with beautiful view of the bay. It is a little old Ryokan with very hospitable staff. Having one's own transport is advisable."

"We had a very pleasant stay for two days here. The staff were wonderfully friendly. The place itself is a bit dated, but has a certain Showa-Era charm. Personally I found the futons a bit thin. The breakfast buffet — mainly Japanese, but with a few western options — was very good. The only real drawback in the morning was the lack of coffee, which was not available in the rooms or at the buffet, only in the lobby lounge, and for an additional fee. We got dinners included, and no real complaints...

"クーラーの清掃をしてないのか、つけたらカビ臭い臭いがした。 一部の客は、マスクせずチェックイン。共有スペースでのマスク着用無し感染対策がなされていない。 食事時、家族連れの母親と子供が炊飯器や味噌汁鍋の蓋を開けたまま、マスクせずに炊飯器や鍋越しに会話していて、御飯と味噌汁(初回)を食べたかったが感染リスクを考え食べなかった。御飯はお櫃、味噌汁は食事時に配膳して欲しい。せっかく楽しみにしていたが、食欲が無くなりました。食事の時、改善してもらいたい。"

"宿ができた当時は素敵だったのだろうと想像は出来ますが、メンテナンスをきちんとしていないのか古びた印象です。排水管かと思うのですが、部屋の洗面所・お風呂付近はにおいがきつく、快適には過ごせませんでした。宿全体にうっすら排水管のにおいがしました。宿の近所は飲食店があり便利です。"
