"There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating! The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff walked us to and from to ensure our safety and showed us the property and amazing views of the sky and Ollantaytambo. I can't want to come back again! "

"This is a little gem. Family run, basic, clean comfortable and perfect location ( minutes from the ticket office, bus and train!) for visiting Machu Pichu. The entrance can seem a bit off putting but once you walk through the door it is perfectly fine. Such a nice and accommodating staff and their willingness to make me scrambled eggs without question was very kind! Quinoa pancakes were also a nice touch. Would highly recommend this hotel for Machu Pichu… great Value for money! And don’t forget to check out Tunawa for dining! Incredible!"
