Enjoyable stay at a huge, spacious home
Overall nice house , comfortable. Main kitchen could have used some more kitchen ware such as mixing bowls, measuring cups,spoons. one draw in kitchen constantly falling off trackClothes Dryer knob not working. Fireplace not functional. Otherwise enjoyed it tremendously….excellent neighborhood with commercial businesses nearby. Great view of the valley below.

Large house but not clean or stocked
In town for a wedding, our family wanted to stay together at this large house. Upon check-in and choosing bedrooms we noticed that none of the sheets had been washed (hair, boogers and mascara on the beds). In many of the bathrooms, there was only one clean towel. We planned to make dinner the first night in the huge kitchen, but it had no forks and very few cups. Confetti and sequins on the floors, and crumbs in the refrigerator. We spent our first night in the house running loads of laundry, remaking the beds, and running to the store to get cups and silverware. Needless to say the first night of our vacation was anything but. The property manager was kind and apologetic. He brought over silverware and cups the next day which we had to unbox, clean and restock in the cupboards. It seems like the property should have been checked that it was clean and stocked before guests arrive.

Amazing Stay & Very Clean House
I recently worked with Eric to accommodate 15 guys for a 50th birthday celebration. Eric was amazing to communicate with and even sent additional pictures of where things were in the house. The property was very clean, has a great view towards downtown Sacramento and plenty of space. I’d recommend this property to others! Thanks again Eric!
