As soon as you turn onto the street where the hotel is there was a bunch of trash in the street and sidewalk. I realize the hotel can only control so much, it was just a bad look coming into the place.

If you are booking this hotel be aware it does not have airport shuttle. I booked it because it showed as one of the amenities. I wasted one hour at the airport late hours and was told there no shuttle and I had to take taxi or Uber. So what I paid for hotel and then Uber I would have been better off booking another hotel for that price at the airport. So that is why one star.

Room was good and clean, however by the time we arrived late evening there was no parking left so we had to park it a short distance out on the street - not too much of a concern. Reception was also adamant that we hadn’t paid so they charged us again and we had to stay up till 1.30am talking to Expedia to get it resolved, which it ended up being fixed, but was one thing I preferred not to have to do.

Very good 1 night stay. Check in was fast at 9pm. 10 minute drive to Sacramento airport SMF. Gas station right by hotel to top off rental car. Hair conditioner container in shower was empty.

We stayed at this hotel because of the sole reason it was supposed to have airport shuttle. Apparently we weren't told the shuttle service to the airport had been discontinued months prior. Spending an extra $35 for an Uber wasn't in my budget. Unfortunately you have to go to all links before actually purchasing the room to know exactly what you will be receiving for your hard earned money. Otherwise the room was nice
